Overview:

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team. Located in Kearny Mesa, we have full-time, entry-level positions available for production workers. As a Production Operator you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications. Our vision is to maintain our presence as a leader in the In-Mold Decoration (IMD) market and extend our custom manufacturing services beyond our existing lines of products.

Available Shifts:

- Second shift: 3:15pm to 11:45 pm (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate production machinery and equipment.

· Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.

· Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.

· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

· Help to prepare orders for shipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School Diploma, General Education Certification (GED), or equivalent.

· Must pass and maintain training certifications, as required.

· Team player who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and strives for excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

· 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience.

· Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
