Overview:
We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team. Located in Kearny Mesa, we have full-time, entry-level positions available for production workers. As a Production Operator you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications. Today, we provide our expertise in printing, thermoforming, 3D Trimming, 2D precision cutting, lamination, and injection molding to customers all over the world. Our vision is to maintain our presence as a leader in the In-Mold Decoration (IMD) market and extend our custom manufacturing services beyond our existing lines of products.
Available Shifts:
- Second shift: 3:15pm to 11:45 pm (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate production machinery and equipment.
· Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
· Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
· Help to prepare orders for shipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma, General Education Certification (GED), or equivalent.
· Must pass and maintain training certifications, as required.
· Team player who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and strives for excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience.
· Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
