    Your Role: As an Sales Executive, you’ll spearhead new business development efforts, focusing on prospecting and hunting for opportunities within the HCM space or broader B2B markets. You’ll thrive in this role if you excel at blending high-energy prospecting with strategic account development, managing transactional and complex sales cycles.


    What You’ll Do:

    • Prospect and cultivate relationships with mid-market clients to identify their unique needs.
    • Develop and execute creative sales strategies to penetrate new markets and meet ambitious growth targets.
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to close, consistently exceeding quotas.
    • Collaborate with a passionate team committed to driving success for our clients and company.


    What Makes You a Fit:

    • 1–4 years of experience in HCM sales, OR 2–6 years in B2B SaaS/Tech sales.
    • A proven track record of crushing sales quotas in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • A passion for growth: both yours and your clients'.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and high energy to drive results.
    • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Important: You must be within driving distance of Northern California to engage clients directly.
