Group Fitness Manager jobs in Michigan

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of fitness disciplines and a strong desire to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

Duties :

• Design and lead fitness classes tailored to the needs and abilities of participants
• Instruct participants on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Motivate and inspire class attendees to reach their fitness goals
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

Experience :

• Experience in designing fitness programs for individuals or groups
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
• Proficiency in a variety of fitness disciplines such as cycling, Pilates, yoga, group classes, or private instruction.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with participants
• Certification in relevant fitness instruction programs
