Description
The applicant must follow and implement the responsibilities of the job as outlined in the Athletic/Co-
Curricular Handbook - Code Of Ethics and Duties/Code of Conduct For All Staff. Copies may be obtained
from the District Office of Athletics. This position is contingent upon the sufficient numbers of students
participating per District Policy 10465.
Qualifications
Applicant must have a first-aid background, understand the care and prevention of athletic injuries, and
understand training and conditioning procedures. Previous knowledge/coaching and/or participation (post-
secondary) in the sport will be considered in the selection process.
Procedure
Each applicant will go through a screening process by the interviewing team. References named during the
application process may be contacted during the screening process. The team reserves the right not to
interview all applicants. All clearances - Act 34 (PA state police record check), Act 33 (PA child abuse
history clearance), and Act 114 (FBI Federal Criminal History) - are required before the successful applicant
can begin this assignment and any other forms as needed. Applicants desiring to apply for a position must
