Responsibilities:

We're seeking an engaging team member to support recreational pickleball play. As a Pickleball Coach, you'll be energetic, social, and ready to assist members in getting connected with the sport. No DUPR ratings necessary for our level of play, but experience with pickleball is required. Your positive attitude and customer service-focused approach are essential.

• Assist with Organized Open Play throughout the week: Welcome members, take attendance, help new players learn the rules, ensure even court time, and coordinate any house rules or scoring questions.
• Coach intro level programs for members to learn the game and build basic skill levels. Enroll members into the system and bill them accordingly.
• Help onsite for private pickleball events by teaching the group the game, basic skills, and initiating play in a round-robin style.
• Coordinate play and court time for match play groups.
• Weekend availability is a must as hours vary from weekdays to weekends.
• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Assist in organizing and officiating tournaments and mixers throughout the year.
