Overview
Tucked away in the heart of Hertford County, Beechwood Country Club has been a part of the community since 1947. New management has invested in making this club the best that it can be, focused on improving players' games, family involvement, and building a lasting camaraderie.
Originally a member-owned club, Beechwood was purchased in 2014 by private owners who have invested much time, money, and heart into continuing the legacy of Beechwood Country Club.
Since that time, the club has undergone noticeable and exciting changes. The clubhouse received a facelift, the ballroom experienced cosmetic changes, an expanded deck was built onto the back, a brand new pool complex was introduced, a fitness studio was added and locker rooms were remodeled.
In addition, a new practice range and short game area were added as part of a redesign of the front nine. In 2023, a new Andrew Green-designed 9-hole, Par 3 Course was opened, along with an outdoor dining pavilion.
In addition to these new amenities, we also have 3 Stay & Play Houses on the property to accommodate our guests.
