Friar’s Head is looking for energetic and talented people to join our team of food and beverage professionals. We have openings for Captains, Servers, and Junior Servers. We offer four-star service and cuisine and expect our staff to be well versed in the culinary field. Low volume but attention to detail is of utmost importance.

Essential Duties and Requirements:

• Exhibiting a thorough knowledge of all menu and bar items. Take drink and food orders accurately by confirming preferences/modifiers. Enter the order into POS with use of correct table and seat numbers.
• Reliable and driven individuals with a great attitude and passion for providing excellent hospitality.
• Provide outstanding service with a smile to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Display teamwork and is willing to go above and beyond for our members and guests.
• Neat appearance (must be clean shaven) and good communication skills.
• Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.
• Fine dining experience preferred, but will train potential candidates with the desire to learn.
• Punctuality and a good attendance record are expected.
