Head of Client Services - Home Care jobs in Connecticut
Head of Client Services - Home Care establishes the overall objectives and initiatives of client services. Ensures staff activities are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Being a Head of Client Services - Home Care plans and directs policies for client services and establishes service quality goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Head of Client Services - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Head of Client Services - Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Head of Client Services - Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. The companion will be responsible for accompanying the client to local doctors appointments, help maintain the home environment, do shopping, prepare and serve meal, remind to take medications, and assist with the activities of daily living.
All applicants must drive and own a car, a background check will be conducted and a driving history check.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
