What you need:

• BSN required (CCRN preferred)
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers required upon hire
• ACLS must be obtained within orientation
• ICU experience preferred
• Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
• Be comfortable with ventilators, pressors, multiple infusions, hemodynamic monitoring, CVVH
• Be a strong patient advocate
• Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
