What are we looking for in our Eligibility Healthcare Data Associate?

Our client, one of the largest healthcare corporations, is several Eligibility Healthcare Data Associates , join their dynamic team dedicated to managing the lifecycle of eligibility information.

From receipt to validation and transmission, you'll ensure seamless operations with their partners, enhancing the healthcare experience for their members.

You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes. You'll be instrumental in scaling our data operations platform.

Pay Rate Range : $ to $ per hour / depending on experience

Schedule : Monday through Friday - 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Location : Lehi, UT

Schedule : 2 days a week in Lehi office and 3 days remote

Duration : 5 month contract W-2 role

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Investigate and resolve daily ticketing inquiries, exceptions, and errors.
• Address partner discrepancy reports promptly and effectively.
• Manage data operations, including client reporting and audit assistance.
• Achieve and uphold outlined daily productivity goals while meeting quality standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Proven experience in collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to work within defined service levels with high productivity and accuracy.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency with HR systems and carriers.
• Understanding of US healthcare systems.
• Capacity to follow predefined processes and promptly communicate issues.

PREFERRED SKILLS :

• Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange / EDI.
• Previous experience working with healthcare data.
• Familiarity with data operations and management.
