- li">Develop and execute data analysis strategies to generate actionable insights for clinical, operational, and financial performance improvement.
- li">Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- li">Conduct data quality assessments to li">identify li"> and resolve data discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies.

- li">Ensure adherence to data governance policies and procedures, including HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- li">Maintain documentation of data definitions, metadata, and data lineage.
- li">Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and end-users to understand data requirements and li">objectives li">.
- li">Translate business questions into data analysis solutions.
- li">Optimize li"> SQL queries and data extraction processes for efficiency and speed.
- li">Monitor and improve database performance as needed.
- li">Provide training and support to end-users and data consumers, helping them interpret and use data effectively.
- li">Assist li"> in troubleshooting data-related issues.
- li">Manage data migration projects and data conversion processes when necessary.
- li">Stay li">up-to-date li"> with various data sets, best practices, and industry trends.
- li">Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data analytics capabilities.
Requirements, Preferences And Experience
Education
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, health information management, computer science, or a related field
Preferred:
Master's Degree
Experience
Minimum:
Three (3) years of experience in healthcare data analysis.
Training:
Minimum:
Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards and terminologies (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
Preferred:
Familiarity with EPIC, claims data, and patient experience data sets a plus. Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
Minimum:
Special Skills:- Proficiency
