We are looking for Assemblers to work in an assembly line setting producing high quality 4-wheel vehicles for our client

MADI’s contract assignments expose you to a broad range of companies throughout the United States, opportunities to travel and to expand your industry experience.

Plus, we offer exceptional pay, overtime, per diem and paid airfare or mileage reimbursement to each project site.

MADI Offers :

• $19.00 per hour
• $315.00 Weekly Per Diem
• 50 hr. weekly guarantee
• Time and a one-half after 40 hrs. worked in a seven-day work period
• Paid travel

Responsibilities :

• Provide support to a specific assembly line regarding safety, quality, ergonomic, and tooling concerns
• Investigate, plan, and implement new manufacturing processes or technologies
• Lead cross-function teams for implementation of new product manufacturing processes through EPDP (Enterprise Product Delivery Process)
• Use the line design process to develop assembly methods for new products and / or revisions to existing products

Qualifications :

• Minimum of three years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of three years' experience with assembly tools and processes
• Minimum of three years' experience with problem solving and root cause analysis
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with other employees
• Mechanically inclined
• Experience with principles such as work measurement and setting standards
• Experience with electronic tools like MPP or Wplanner for creating sequence of events with associated work instructions and for dynamic simulation of assembly operations
• Working knowledge of Assembly processes, Torque Tools, and line balancing
• Understanding of electronic tools such as Creo, CreoView, Factory CAD

These is a traveling (Road Work) position that require you to work away from home for 90 days at a time or greater
