Being a Heavy Assembler conducts welding, riveting, and trimming of parts to fit or align components. Uses hand and power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other assembly equipment. Additionally, Heavy Assembler typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Heavy Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. - Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to Front End Loader, Skid Steer, bulldozers.
- Proficiency in operating Caterpillar or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to build and grade landscapes accurately
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation
