The Cultivation Operations Manager for Highway Horticulture will oversee Metrc compliance, post-harvest processes and other operations in our state-of-the-art cultivation facility. This position will work closely with the Chief Cultivation Officer and be responsible for making sure the product makes it from harvest to sale in a timely and compliant manner. The position will also create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring they are being followed and that operations are running smoothly.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Keep accurate records, perform audits, and present the results regularly to the Chief Cultivation Officer
• Serve as liaison between sales and Cultivation
• Inspect all work areas for cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain all safety standards and practices, work with Talent & Culture department on OSHA initiatives, tracking, and inspections.
• Ensure proper training and development of team members, keeping all SOPs up to date.
• Follow strict standards related to the post-harvest operations and be responsible for specific Key Performance Indicators.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Metrc, Leaflink, and other resource planning systems that support inventory tracking.
• Assist with harvest and other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience with supervising safety measures, working with OSHA/MiOSHA
• Experience with Metrc
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
