Avanti Home Care, a division of Avanti Health Systems, is a customer service-oriented, private home-care agency serving northern Wisconsin. We are a leading provider of home health care and supportive home care.

We are searching for a professional and well organized individual who will be responsible for coordinating and managing our Supportive Home Care clientele. This individual will meet our clients in their home to coordinate the services requested and assign appropriate team members to assist. Candidate must be friendly, upbeat and have a warm demeanor with our clients and employees. This individual will need to possess strong computer skills, supervisory experience, and an ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
