  • Job Overview
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of loan processing, basic math skills, and familiarity with FNMA guidelines.

    Responsibilities
    - Review and analyze loan documents for accuracy and compliance
    - Ensure all title commitments, surveys, and payoffs are obtained
    - Coordinate with loan officers, banks, and clients to facilitate the closing process
    - Verify legal descriptions of properties
    - Maintain knowledge of TILA, FNMA, and Fair Housing regulations
    - Prepare closing documents and contracts

    Skills
    - Proficiency in credit analysis and loan origination
    - Understanding of basic math principles for financial calculations
    - Knowledge of FNMA guidelines and TILA regulations
    - Experience in working with banks or financial institutions is a plus

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $48,653.00 - $52,035.00 per year
