M&M Home Remodeling Services is looking for a Job Processor/Production Scheduler to join our team in our office in Crete, IL. The Job Processor/Production Scheduler will assist specific sales reps to bring paperwork from contract signing all the way through commissions. The Production Scheduler/Job Processor will work to have jobs prepared for Director of Operations to schedule, to ensure municipality compliance, materials ordered, bill customers, and receive payments. You will also assist office with customer handling and maintain high customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone with a high attention to detail and customer service, and someone who thrives in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. This is an entry level position.
