Promontory Club is looking to fill a vacancy for a Home Services Housekeeping Manager – Full time.
The position of Housekeeping Manager provides support to the Housekeeping Team by working side by side with them. This includes laundry and cleaning services for Owner Homes, Rental Program Homes, and Model Homes. The Housekeeping Manager will maintain the highest quality of cleanliness and follow all cleaning protocols provided by the Director of Home Services. Housekeeping is responsible to handle Owner requests and ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible by your own actions or with the help of the Director of Home Services. The Housekeeping Manager will communicate directly with Owners in a professional and prompt manner. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for scheduling Owner cleans, Rental cleans, Model cleans, and Staff schedules. The manager will track and order all necessary cleaning supplies and linens.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 2 years in a supervisor role and a background in Housekeeping.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED ON JOB: Abide by Promontory policies and procedures, work independently with little supervision, be courteous and helpful with Promontory Club Members, Employees and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs exerting up to 75lbs of force occasionally to move objects both horizontally and vertically, must be willing to work holidays and weekends when needed.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Wage starts at $25.00/hr and will be commensurate with experience upon employment.
