Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendants play a pivotal role in maintaining this standard of excellence on a daily basis. We are seeking individuals with an unwavering attention to detail to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will craft unforgettable experiences for our guests through meticulous preparation and upkeep of guest rooms. This role is undeniably the "Heart of the House," delivering essential services that allow our guests to relax and truly enjoy their stay. A top-notch housekeeping team can transform a guest's experience from merely satisfactory to absolutely outstanding! Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in assigned guest areas. Daily inspection and replacement of linens and towels, following established standards. Perseverance: Develop expertise in the most effective cleaning methods. Champion safety standards, identifying and reporting safety hazards promptly. Inclusion: Commit to treating all associates equitably. Respect: Value every team member's contributions and recognize your essential role in our success. Demonstrate respect for hotel and guest property through proper use of equipment, supplies, and guest amenities. Innovation: Execute deep cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules for all hotel areas as assigned. Utilize power equipment when applicable, taking necessary precautions to protect property and promptly report any issues. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness goals. Conduct regular rounds through public areas to ensure they are disinfected, clean, and orderly. Be available for any other tasks as required. Qualifications: Previous housekeeping experience is desirable. Possess an engaging and friendly personality. Strong time management skills. Ability to stand for extended periods. Effective communication skills. Physical agility to reach corners on floors and high places, operate equipment, and handle loads up to 100 lbs.
