A Tech Security and Satellite TV business located in Livonia, MI is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a focus on Marketing and Sales development support.

An ideal candidate excels and is knowledgeable working in PC systems including:

CRM's (ConnectWise a plus or Sales Force Like, Office 365 office suite (Excel, word, email, Teams etc.), good typing skills, some graphics, social mediums and others.

A sometimes challenging multi-tasked environment needing a Positive attitude, reliable, prompt, customer service pleasantries and be organized,

Must be able to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner and work closely with ASC staff. Support Administrative and Sales Departments with daily tasks and assignments. These include but not limited to:

• Answer phones and assist customers sales and Service requests
• entering/scheduling sales opportunities or Service Orders to be distributed to staff.
• Maintain and update ASC’s CRM’s (Customer relationship Manager) as needed.
• Make introduction calls to prospects and leads.
• Updating and optimizing our website, social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook along with ASC’s.
• Locating, qualifying, and registering for tradeshows, preparing and updating Marketing flyers, and brochures.
• ASSIST Dept. Mgrs.
• Process DIRECTV and Security customer documents and contracts
• Support billing and bookkeeping dept.
• Business Development Support:
• Complete Lead sheets and Follow up Schedules events.
