Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Utilize AS400 and other warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage logistics.
• Provide training and support to team members on equipment operation, including forklifts.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline e-commerce fulfillment processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and AS400 software.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, as well as e-commerce operations.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
