    Job Description

    • Available to work with a 4 hours overlap to US business hours
    • Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
    • Advertise open positions to external networks
    • Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
    • Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
    • Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
    • Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
    • Aligns market studies on compensation data to ensure competitiveness of compensation data internally vis-à-vis the external compensation data.
    • Ensures timely release of annual merit increases and other unscheduled increases.
    • Reviews and recommends enhancement to Rewards and Recognition Management Programs and ensures consistent implementation thereof. • Instills a culture of rewarding outstanding performance.
