Compensation commensurate with experience but generally ranging from $22-$25/hourly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process
• Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
• Assist with employee relations matters including resolving conflicts and addressing concerns
• Administer performance review process and work with managers to set performance goals
• Assist with open-enrollment and answer benefits related questions
• Maintain updated HRIS records and employee status changes

Required experience:

• 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent problemn solving and decision making abilities
• Bachelors Degree preferred, not required
