HR/Payroll Coordinator Summary: Our Southern NH client is looking for HR/Payroll Coordinator to assist with staffing, benefits and payroll.

HR/Payroll Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Schedules pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
• Maintains all employee files
• Process Regular Payroll
• Responsible for data entry and uploading information into HRIS system.
• Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
• Generating offer letters, separation letters

HR/Payroll Coordinator Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills
• Must have experience processing Payroll. Paycor a must!

HR/Payroll Coordinator Benefits: Salary range $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
