Provide a variety of administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Human Resources department.
Manage vendor relationships.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (include the following):
Process background checks and MVRs as part of new hire process. May require discussing
with applicant items on reports as needed. Schedule pre-employment and post-accident
drug testing. Communication and tracking of negative results; tracking of outstanding/on-
hold items for further review.
Manage the Workers Compensation program. Responsible for claims reporting, monitoring,
administration, and report generation.
Leave of Absence Program administration, liaison with local HR team and outsourced Leave
vendor management. Provide guidance and direction to Field on leave process. Liaison with
Payroll to ensure time is reported appropriately and employee is paid accurately.
Manage the Random Drug Testing Program which includes reporting, tracking and
responding to questions from the Field. Follows up with Managers to ensure tests are
completed on a timely basis.
Administrator for I-9 program/vendor to ensure I-9s are completed through 3rd party vendor
site and audit for payroll legal names and SSNs in Workday for accuracy.
Conduct regular audits including termination/offboarding report, onboarding/licenses,
Workday data audits and Guardian Angels. Report non-compliance to local HR and track
non-compliance responses.
Manage vendor relationship with Workers Comp, Drug Testing/Background and Leave
administration. Ensure issues addressed on a timely basis.
Assist in acquisition support on a variety of tasks.
Support Compensation on annual processes and special projects.
Create training and job aids on HR administrative processes.
Plan and coordinate Support and HR meetings including the Quarterly Support Services
Update meeting and Annual HR Summit.
Administer Service Award program.
Facilitate the on-boarding process for Support Services new hires,
Process invoices with allocations for various HR vendor invoices
Manage Labor Law Poster vendor to ensure compliance at all pharmacy locations; ensure
new pharmacy locations are set up with vendor and new posters ordered as needed.
Responds to employee verifications.
Assist in other HR functional areas as necessary.
Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed.
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree
SHRM-CP, SHRM – SCP, PHR or SPHR certification required
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years’ experience relevant experience. HR experience preferred (advanced degree may
substitute for experience)
Workday experience preferred
Must exhibit complete confidentiality at all times
Advanced computer skills, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks
simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears
inaccurate

to stand or otherwise be able to access files, equipment, and other items in high places.
Employee must be able to constantly operate computers, phones, and other office
equipment.
Employee must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must
occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Due to the collaborative nature of the business and the need to service customers, the
employee must be able to interact effectively with others in an office environment, manage
conflict, and handle stressful situations and deadlines.
