HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Essential/Primary Job Duties:
* Serve as a liaison between IT, Operations and the business line to analyze non-standard business and user needs, document requirements and resolve complex system problems
* Coordinate and support new and existing applications
* Research, identify and develop solutions to problems
* Involved in the planning, testing, implementation and documentation of system enhancements and conversions
* Identify system enhancements, document business needs and determine impact to current system processing
* Work with programmers and business partners to ensure accuracy of enhancements
* Facilitate meetings with business partners to extract information, ideas and thoughts; ensure all involved reach a cohesive decision
* Communicate upcoming changes to business partners and assist with training efforts
* Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
* Act as team leader for projects
* Plan and work flexibly to a deadline
* Other duties as assigned
Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
