HR Data Analyst, Sr. supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst, Sr. implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst, Sr. prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. We are looking for an eager and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Decision Analytics team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced data-driven organization. You will support key functions in Data Architecture, Data Stewardship, and Data Governance, ensuring the quality, integrity, and proper management of our data assets. You'll work closely with team members to understand and contribute to best practices for data management, governance, and architecture while supporting various data initiatives across the business.
As part of the team, you will help ensure that our data is well-organized, accurate, and easily accessible for decision-making across the organization.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or Finance.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in analytics software and applications. Good interpersonal skills. Good written and oral communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S Pay Range: $6,511.62 - $10,898.00 (Monthly)
