HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HR Data Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     The Epic Bridges / Data Courier Lead will support the installation and management of the application deployment platforms that serve production, reporting, disaster recovery, training, and non-production needs.

    Functional Experience :

    • Support the installation of the administrative and monitoring tools necessary for high levels of availability and performance of the EHR
    • Understand performance metrics, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues
    • Support the platform upgrades to production and non-production components
    • Participate in change control process for all planned application and technical activities
    • Maintain and test processes related to business continuity
    • Execute configuration activities for security set-up within respective application enterprise and ensure the build complies with all design elements and quality measures
    • Review the integration design and work plan as it relates to Interface Engine
    • Complete interface mapping design and develop related scripts; configure the mapping and scripts in the Interface Engine
    • Identify necessary data mapping and perform data mapping
    • Develop / support testing scenarios to use in system testing that will show the correct data is transmitted to / from other systems, stored in the correct locations and in the proper format
    • Provide support for system testing

    Preferred Knowledge / Skills :

    Demonstrates extensive abilities and / or a proven record of success with an understanding of managing client engagements and producing solutions that involve, the following areas :

    • Providing healthcare provider physician practice operations subject matter specialization in clients engagements related to improving the efficiency of healthcare provider physician practice organizations, as well as identifying strategic opportunities for growth;
    • Understanding of key operational and financial drivers of success within how physician practice finances affect the financial position of a healthcare Provider organization;
    • Managing client engagements or healthcare in physician practice operations leadership and producing solutions;
    • Understanding the latest industry trends and regulatory changes, and their impact to organizations;
    • Having knowledge of assessment of healthcare provider physician practice operating models, including strategy, capabilities, operational performance and governance models and compensation plan design;
    • Understanding quality reporting requirements; - Implementing and optimizing various physician alignment models; and,
    • Benchmarking to compare healthcare provider physician practice performance and costs to leading practice, including operational results, productivity, and quality metrics.

    Demonstrates extensive abilities and / or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs :

    • Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
    • Communicating value propositions, utilizing PC applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Tools to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients;
    • Managing resource requirements, project workflows, budgets, billing and collections; and,
    • Preparing and / or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.

    Demonstrates extensive abilities and / or a proven record of success as a team leader by :

    • Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
    • Answering questions and providing direction to less experienced staff;
    • Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;
    • Developing, writing, presenting and facilitating discussions on strategy to all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management;
    • Understanding of healthcare provider industry operations, terminology, payment systems and environment;
    • Having healthcare provider or related consulting experience;
    • Understanding of core provider healthcare systems (including ERP and EHR technologies); and,
    • Possessing experience with common business and data tools (including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, Alteryx Tableau);
