The Supply Operations Department manages all necessary activities to receive and fulfill customer’s orders in a timely fashion to ensure patients’ needs are met. The Analyst will liaise with internal and external groups to facilitate product disposition of Clinical & Commercial DS/FDS & DP/LDP and ensure product availability. The Supply Operations Analyst coordinates completion of orders that meet quality, customer service, and supports day-to-day effective partner relationship management.

As a Supply Operations Analyst, a typical day might include the following:

• Facilitates the site batch disposition process, participates in functional batch disposition meetings and follows up on any resulting actions with key stakeholders.
• Drives batch impacting events towards closure to facilitate timely disposition of all relevant internal and external batches to ensure the efficient delivery of product to meet required schedules
• Works closely with a cross-functional team (i.e. Supply Chain team, DP Manufacturing, CMC-PM, Pack & Label, etc.) to receive and track incoming customer orders throughout implementation.
• Manages PO / Order Tickets acknowledgement / acceptance process and ensures this is done within agreed upon timelines.
• Monitors key milestones associated with the execution of the order and effectively identifies potential risks to the timeline.
• Assesses potential issues against specific orders and cross-functionally coordinates mitigation plans to maintain original timeline or reduce delay and impact.
• Identifies potential process and/or systemic issues, ensures effective, accurate and timely communication between internal functional areas and develops mitigation plans.
• Reports risks and follows proper escalation pathways as necessary.
• Acts as a focal point for customers and the business regarding order status.
• Facilitates meetings with customers and key stakeholders to review status of current orders
• Establishes and manages key business intelligence reports to effectively and accurately communicate orders status from receipt though implementation.
• Enables continuous assessment for cross-site alignment (Rensselaer vs Raheen).
• Embraces and promotes the Regeneron Way.
• Supports other duties as required by supervisor/department management.

In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background and

• Analyst: 2 years of experience
• Senior Analyst: 5 years of experience
• May consider experience in lieu of education; level decided upon completion of an interview process
• GxP regulated experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience a plus.
• Master’s degree a plus.
• Project Management experience, ASCM / APICS or other related Supply Chain certifications, and/or Lean/Continuous Improvement knowledge a plus.
