- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via inbound and outbound calls.
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers for collections, A/R.
- Assist with setting up customer portals, for invoicing, payments, purchase orders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team goals.
Experience:- 3-5yrs experience in customer service or sales
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Must have proficiency in Quick Books, and Microsoft Excel, Outlook
Schedule/Salary:- Job Type: Part-time - Temp to Hire
- Salary: $20.00 per hour
- Days: Monday/Wednesday/Friday
- Expected hours: up to 24 hours/per week
