HR Service Center Representative jobs in Lacey, WA

Valley View Health Center is currently hiring Community Health Workers for our clinic in Chehalis, WA. This position is responsible for promoting/coordinating and assisting families as they navigate resources to support their medical, dental and behavioral health needs by providing individualized support to children, youth and their families.

This position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of or experience in navigating complex systems of care, awareness of local resources, outstanding organizational skills, the ability to manage a caseload of multiple families and be flexible and responsive.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant lived or professional experience working with the pediatric/medically underserved population or related experience with some knowledge of the needs, concerns, and attitudes of our local targeted underserved population.
• Candidates with bilingual skills are preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, Automobile with Insurance required
• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Minimum of high school diploma/GED required

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm

This position is grant funded through June 2025.
