Fulltime Scheduler & HRM/Payroll Position - The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Prior nursing home experience required. The ability to multitask, work well with others, and manage a team of staff are crucial components to the job position.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling staffing vacancies in advance to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
• Scheduling nursing and CNA staff in our nursing facility
• Keeping attendance records and assisting with the progressive disciplinary process if staff members accrue excessive absences and/or tardies
• Submitting payroll on a biweekly basis for all staff
• Checking time clock punch records against master schedules and noting the appropriate changes
• Signing time correction forms for events such as missing meal periods or forgetting to clock in/out
• Approving contracts with temporary staffing agencies who send nurses / nursing assistants to the facility
• Utilizing computer software to prepare, change and update the master schedule

To join this team, please have the following requirements:

• Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler, within a nursing center or healthcare setting is required.
• Payroll experience preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• COVID-19 vaccination required
