POSITION DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience? Join our dynamic team at Janicki as an HRIS Analyst and play a pivotal role in optimizing our HRIS systems and supporting our growing HR functions!
In this exciting position, you’ll be collaborating closely with our BIS team to manage and configure a variety of UKG modules, including Core, People Assist, Talent, Benefits, People Analytics, Pro Learning, Recruiting, and Onboarding. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage and secure user roles and permissions to ensure data security and privacy compliance.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with UKG updates and new features, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Generate critical reports (salary surveys, benefits enrollment, compliance) to inform key decision-making.
- Configure UKG settings and business rules to align with organizational needs and objectives.
- Troubleshoot HR and Payroll issues and provide proactive solutions for a smooth system experience.
- Identify and implement improvements in training, customization, and overall UKG efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training materials for system users, empowering the team to get the most out of the platform.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience with UKG modules or similar HRIS platforms is a plus, but not required.
- MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN OR LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENT FOR THIS POSITION
- Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Management is required. Relevant industry experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- 1-3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Generalist, or IT support roles is required.
- Familiarity with HR laws, policies, and principles is preferred.
- Experience with UKG or other HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and retain new concepts.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, assess priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively in English.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $95,000 plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts. The range provided is Janicki’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities
