HRIS Manager manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements. Being a HRIS Manager maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Provides the necessary training to meet end users needs. Additionally, HRIS Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Director. The HRIS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     This is a remote role.

    The salary for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience and education.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supports UKG function of the HRIS and Timekeeping systems, which may include installation, customization, development, programing, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
    • Responsible for daily monitoring, maintenance, and triaging of the HCM support inbox and HRIS tickets generated through the IT ticketing system.
    • Responsible for validating system interfaces run properly through daily report generation and audit. Identify the issue and make corrections.
    • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS and Dimensions end users.
    • Supports HCM functions across all business systems, third party systems and databases. Works collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to support functional and technical needs.
    • Participates in monthly and quarterly audits of the timekeeping and core system.
    • Supports testing of all system upgrades, releases, new builds, and configuration enhancements
    • Acts as a consultant identifying opportunities for application enhancements through end user and leadership requests, and participation in strategic planning activities.
    • Assist in the design and development of HRIS communication and training materials for end users, including tutorials, job aids, live training and other materials related to the HRIS and Timekeeping system.
    • Compiles or assists with complex data reports, summaries, custom, and ad hoc reporting for HR, Operations, and Finance.
    • Supports processes to ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
    • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
    • Participates and completes system implementation for new and existing lines of business. Including programing the system as requested.
    • Performs other duties as required.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 3 years experience working in an HRIS role required
    • Experience with UKG & UKG Dimensions or Kronos Suite required
    • Experience with UKG Core, Recruiting, Onboarding, BI Analytics, Employee Voice, Performance, Compensation, Document Management, and Pro Learning
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
    • Proficiency with HRIS reporting tools.
    • Ability to keep information confidential.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
