• Format: Hybrid (after training),
• Office Schedule: Mon – Fri
• Note: Conversion to Full Time
• Considered Note: Current team is very small, this is 2 of 2. Person in role needs to be comfortable being independent and proactive. But allows for good work to be very noticed!
• HRIS Analyst prepares, analyzes and distributes a variety of management information reports and documents, including annual compliance reporting for HR and benefits such as EEO1, ACA and nondiscrimination testing.
• Audits and corrects employee information and records as appropriate between HR and other internal departments (Payroll, IS) and vendors, such as the benefits administration platform and other systems.
• Creates HR dashboards to share with leadership.
• Troubleshoots errors with incoming and outgoing data files between HRIS System and external systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree with at least three to five years’ experience in Information Technology or Human Resources analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Strong presentation, organization and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate customer focused approach.
• Experience in HR measurement, metrics, analytics, and knowledge of performance improvement methods and application of performance improvement tools.
• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Tableau experience preferred.
• Must have critical thinking skills and be fluent in the English language.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
