Front Runner's office staff is looking to add another team member to assist in the HR department.

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day Human Resources functions including, but not limited to:

•  General employee relations, 
• recruiting and selection in boat manufacturing
• HR Compliance, 
• On-boarding
• Recordkeeping - allocating time and attendance to daily production
• Training and development, compensation, benefit packages, generating required reports, employee discipline, affirmative action planning, and performance management
• Annual employee handbook renewal and updating

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 Year  HR Experience Required
• Minimum of 1 Year Human Resources Manufacturing
• Minimum of 1 Year Tracking/Time & Attendance Databases Required
• Practiced knowledge of HR processes and policies, external best practice and legal compliance
• Required Strong Analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Required
• Basic understanding of manufacturing operations boat preferred but not required
