Natural Essentials, Inc. DBA Bulk Apothecary is a growing company that specializes in providing high-quality raw materials, essential oils, and other basic cosmetics to customers around the world.

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and services, and we are looking for talented and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Provide support for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with benefits providers.
• Manage HRIS data and generate reports as needed.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Maintain employee files and records.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years (minimum) of experience as an HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suites, and HRIS software.
• Prior experience with Paylocity, a plus.

Hours : Monday-Friday from 7 : 00AM-03 : 30PM / -

Wage : $45,000-$55,000 / Year depending on experience
