Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with 2 years of relevant experience to join our team in South Austin. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire orientations and paperwork completion.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Support benefits administration, including responding to employee inquiries and processing benefits changes.
- Coordinate employee communications and maintain employee engagement programs.
- Process payroll changes and updates, collaborating with the payroll team to ensure accuracy.
- Track and manage leave requests, employee attendance, and other HR-related data.
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and assisting with job postings.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in HR data analysis as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues, or directing them to the appropriate HR team member.
