General Position Description
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing support to the HR Department ensuring quality human resource and training services to employees.
Broad Areas of Responsibility
Providing comprehensive, reliable assistance and support to the Human Resources Department. On a daily basis, maintains accuracy employee and training databases completing all tasks in a timely manner. Provides assistance to the HR Department to oversee timely electronic filing of documents related to employee records/training records. Supports onboarding process for new employees and rehires. Develop and update training materials, collaborating with HR Director and Training Director on needs and requirements. Facilitates and supports trainings as needed, including agency technology trainings and online learning trainings. Assists with additional HR and Training projects.
