Essential responsibilities:

Assist the HR/Payroll Manager in the following duties:
-
Assist in data entry of new hires and the onboarding process.

Interface with all department managers and General Managers on a daily and weekly basis regarding open jobs, candidates in process, and status on each candidate for all roles in all dealerships.

Create, edit, open, and close all job roles and requisitions (job descriptions) in shared drive and ADP Recruitment module.

Post ADP jobs in all job forums supported by ADP including really, Ziprecruiter, Linkedin, and Facebook.

Ensure jobs are posted and accurate in any 3rd party hiring platforms in use such as CareerBuilder.
-
Review all candidates/applicants for all positions.

Coordinate directly with HR Manager on all candidates that we have decided to hire and ensure all shared documents are accurate with hire dates.

Compile new hire welcome packets. Deliver welcome packets to hiring manager on or before start date.

Maintain all “master” documents in the new hire binders for all roles at each dealership.

Assist in calling, texting, and communication with candidates as required through hiring process.

Assist in interview process with candidates as required.

Assist in completion of references checks.
-
Assist in all career fairs and other job employment events conducted by the company including preparing materials. Present and represent Rogers Motors at these events.

Work with ADP Payroll/HR system.

Assist with annual reviews and assist managers as needed.

Assist with other special projects as required.
Qualifications:

Accounting and Human Resource experience a plus

Familiar with ADP Workforce Now and Time & Attendance

Working knowledge of wage & hours laws

Familiar with state & federal taxes

Great energy, engaging, and enjoys collaborating with the team

Experience in administration of any Time & Attendance system

Knowledge, skills, & abilities:

Basic office skills and abilities, knowledge of standard office equipment and software including Google Docs, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and ability and willingness to learn new and/or proprietary applications as required

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work overtime if needed
