Job Type Full-time Description
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for executing functions relating to staffing/recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Works alongside the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources, to maintain strong partnerships throughout the organization and community.
This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in the office and two days remote.
Key Accountabilities:

Create strong recruiting strategies, promote relationships with universities & industry partners, and increase the diversity of our candidate pool

Work with Marketing to create a strong presence for external partnerships, social media, and job postings

Coordinate talent management process from requisition to hire, including but not limited to partnering with hiring managers on overall strategies, maintaining job descriptions, posting jobs, conducting interviews, and developing pipelines

Coordinate internship program

Maintain Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity)

Facilitate employee onboarding and conducts orientation

Create, monitor, and implement HR training

Assists AVP Human Resources with employee relations and special projects

Education/Experience/Training:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience

2-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Working knowledge of Payroll/HRIS/ATS systems
