Human Resources Manager develops human resources policies and programs and directs the staff in managing and implementing programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives. Manages key HR functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, payroll, and employee records. Being a Human Resources Manager develops and delivers internal staff communications. Evaluates, selects, and manages relationships with vendors to provide supplemental HR processes and services. Additionally, Human Resources Manager maintains employee records of pay, benefits, accidents, performance, and other activities and files reporting required to comply with labor laws and regulations. Collaborates with leadership on special projects. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Human Resources Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Human Resources Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • As a Medical Records Clerk, your efforts will ensure that we are able to care for our residents and maintain exceptional relationships with our care partners. You will create, maintain, retrieve and be accountable for the medical records of our residents, using your keen attention to detail as you gather, input and verify critical patient information. Experience in this type of work is vital, but it is only the beginning.     The Responsibilities
    (not all inclusive):

    • Maintain all medical records in designated area in accordance with established policies and procedures
    • Prepare admission packets and establish medical files
    • Maintains open charts by filing all clinical documentation daily as it is received
    • Monitor and audit records for completeness and accuracy at assigned intervals
    • Process, transfer and discharge records and maintain appropriate records on discharged residents including preparation of bereavement file, if applicable
    • Prepare reports as directed and inform center or agency leadership of any deficiencies in documentation

    The Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Knowledge of medical terminology
    • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
    • Ability to meet all health requirements, including a drug screen.
    • Ability to pass a criminal background check
    • Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
    • Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
    • Must possess computer skills of the types and at a level necessary to accomplish the job
