Immigration Associate – Flexible Location

Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-5 years of experience to join their Immigration Practice Group. The preferred location is Austin, TX, but other office locations will be considered for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employment-based immigration matters including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, and TNs.
• Advise clients on a variety of immigration issues.
• Assist with the preparation of petitions and applications for submission to USCIS.
• Provide direct counsel to clients and guide them through complex immigration processes.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of immigration law experience, with a focus on employment-based cases.
• Strong experience in preparing and filing immigration petitions, including H-1Bs, PERMs, and I-140s.
• Excellent advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 annually (based on full-time work schedule).
