Job Summary:
The Mgr, Health & Network Solutions (HNS) Implementation is responsible for leading implementation projects across multiple functional teams while ensuring delivery excellence, driving key business initiatives and solutions across the project while developing standard methodologies to improve efficienciesPartner with leadership across business units to identify opportunities and drive progress on overall process improvements to ensure continual, measurable improvement of implementation quality, compliance, and speed of execution.
Responsible for overall plans for implementation portfolio ( timeline, milestones, tracking progress, monitoring, and communicating project status).
Responsible for developing and maintaining implementation best practices in governance and resolution of escalated issues.
Implement clinical transformation strategies, ensuring completion of all critical deliverable in timely and accurate manner.
Lead strategic projects (e.g., Availity, UM/DM).
Communicate implementation visions across all of HNS.
Oversee measurement tracking, reporting, and analysis of data within department.

High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor degree in health or health care related field preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Requires a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in program/project implementation.
Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects.
Requires a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and/or leading people by influence.
Requires a minimum 5 years required experience with complex, enterprise-level implementations.
Requires previous implementation experience in health care functional area.
Prefers a strong understanding of Value Based and managed care.
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requires knowledge of health care industry or health insurance industry.
Requires knowledge of quality measurement approaches applied in measuring insurance, HMO, hospital and physician practice.
Demonstrates ability to create, develop, and maintain business relationships.
Must have strong organizational skills. Proven ability to follow detailed instructions is essential, along with proven critical thinking skills.
Proven analytical, business case skills are a must.
Ability to exercise sound judgment.
Ability to ask probing questions and obtain thorough and relevant information.
Demonstrates flexibility and adapts to multiple responsibilities encompassing multiple areas within the organization.
Must demonstrate the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers.
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work well within a team.
Salary Range:
$119,400 - $162,960This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
