Position Overview:

The Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting our customers' use of Vulcans in the field. Reporting to the Account Management team, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and operation of Vulcans by providing customer operator training, monitoring machine performance, and troubleshooting support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on training to customer operators on Vulcan operations, including technical and practical knowledge.
• Evaluate customer operators' proficiency to operate independently.
• Monitor weeding quality and machine performance for newly onboarded customers.
• Support troubleshooting if issues arise and suggest adjustments for optimal weeding quality and customer experience with their FarmWise product.
• Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve products and services.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers and representing FarmWise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow through with processes and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical inclination.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Class A CDL.

$20 - $25 an hour
FarmWise takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The salary range provided is for Bay Area candidates. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This range may be modified in the future.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
