Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Summary:
The SAP Implementation Project Manager will own and drive the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA across the organization, including the Laboratory Services, Drug Product Manufacturing, and Bioservices business units. You will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, executive leadership, implementation partners, and internal teams. This leader will leverage excellent communication skills and decisive leadership to keep the complex project on track.
The ideal candidate has led multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC implementations from end-to-end, including at comparable multi-site organizations. This is an opportunity to leverage your profound expertise in SAP modules, integration points, data migration, and business processes – as well as mastery of SAP Activate methodology – to drive a successful implementation.
