System Solutions is an information technology company. We sell, configure, train and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud software, Microsoft's latest technology small and medium business ERP software. Our customers are small and medium size businesses typically in retail, wholesale and service industries; often in vertical markets of hardware, lumber and building materials, construction supplies and services, and general hardgoods wholesalers and retailers. We work directly with owners and key management of these businesses to implement Microsoft's software and our customizations.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a software implementation specialist with strong software and business acumen; preferably in retail and wholesale. Candidates for this role with an understanding of retail point of sale (POS), wholesale sales order processes or ERP software experience, will have an edge. Our implementation specialist leads our customers through a step-by-step implementation plan and is responsible for; provisioning the Microsoft cloud licenses, software configuration settings, client training, coordinating with Development team for any needed customizations / data conversion, culminating in a go-live where the client begins running their business with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Compensation

The amount and type of experience, skills and results matching our job description will determine starting compensation.

Work Environment

We work paperless using; shared CRM across sales, development, installation and support teams; knowledge base; automatic phone and e-mail ticketing system; and Teams. We follow a structured implementation approach for targeted vertical business types. We offer a casual work environment, office space for those wishing to report to an office, in the heart of Glastonbury CT.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
