SUMMARY
Provides administrative services and operational support to Table Games Managers such as recording attendance, completing bonus forms, answering Pit area phone, processing various employment request forms, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1. Conveys promotional and general information of games offered.
2. Performs efficiently and effectively in all functions of Mactrak and Konami systems.
3. Maintains hourly updates of Head Counts and Temperature Counts.
4. Must have a good understanding of all chip values and denominations; conducts chip fills and credit transactions with the vault.
Sorts large numbers of decks of cards on a regular basis.
5. Completes Drop Slips and Transfer Sheets; maintains logs on all activity; generates error reports.
6. Maintains dockets, including buybacks, transfers and voids.
7. Enters Openings, Closings and Fill Requests on Table in Macktrak computer system.
8. Issues new or reprints of Player's Club cards and Comp tickets in Konami; scans cards every hour to record pertinent information such as player rating, game preference, etc.
9. Provides a written copy of schedules for all shifts daily and provides Daily Rotation Sheets for all shifts.
10. Ensures all Pit areas are stocked with necessary supplies; paperwork, utensils, etc.
11. Assists in Pit area housekeeping such as removing cups / trash from tables / floors, and arranging chairs.
12. Additional duties as assigned.
