Inbound Call Center Representative jobs in Fremont, NE

Our tax lien investment company is looking to add a Servicing Coordinator to our team.

The job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries over the phone, e-mail and through the mail
• Collecting payments
• Report creation and review
• Calculating Payoffs and Payment Plan Amortizations
• Mail Processing
• Answering, making and handling phone calls
• Coordinate with outside attorneys and government offices
• Provide backup and assistance to co-workers and operations department

The required credentials include:

• Administrative skills to include proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be comfortable spending substantial amount of time on phone
• Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Must be proactive and have the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must possess the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Reliability and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Advanced level of organizational skill
• High attention to detail

Experience working in collections is helpful but not a requirement. Call center experience is also a benefit.

This position offers competitive pay based on experience, along with a full benefits package and casual dress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
