Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, forward thinking, and experienced High Performance Coatings Manager to lead our team of dedicated personal into the next phase of our company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess industrial coatings &/or resinous flooring experience along with strong leadership skills with a solid ability to think several steps ahead. This role is pivotal in driving performance, developing team capabilities, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Fluid Applied flooring and High Performance Coatings environment to ensure optimal performance and customer experience.
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a positive work culture that encourages growth and collaboration. We must divide and concur.
• Implement training development programs to enhance team skills in areas such as people- who's doing what, process- what's required for us to get the job done, product- what's the details of the systems being installed.
• Once you have the team working together nicely, we need to develop strategies for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and product wish-list's.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to provide feedback and set developmental goals.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service while resolving any issues that may arise.

Experience

• Proven experience in epoxy, polyaspartic, industrial coatings applications or a similar supervisory role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of industrial/resinous flooring techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with Technical Product Data Pages.
• Demonstrated ability in team management, including training development and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
